Topshop Reclaim To Wear
Reclaim To Wear are proud to partner with Topshop to create a debut upcycled capsule collection made entirely from discarded materials, such as surplus stock or production off-cuts, launching instore and online on the 15th of June.
This is the first step towards the creation of zero waste design collections. The Topshop team’s commitment to new sustainable solutions will lead to the reconsidering of consumption versus disposal throughout the whole fashion industry supply chain.
Using Topshop’s commitment stock of jersey, cotton, denim and jersey, the collection includes a pretty tiered blouse in mixed fabrics, a striking stripe and colour block panel maxi dress whilst the perfect grey marl sweater is updated with mis-matching sleeves. A range of denim pieces including ombre boy shorts and a slouchy denim rucksack are perfect for festival dressing.
Emma Wisden buying director at Topshop says: ‘We are very excited about the launch of the first Topshop Reclaim To Wear range. The blueprint that Orsola and Filippo have developed with us will hopefully allow Topshop to scale this project and apply the learning across a broader section of the supply chain, for the next collection.’
